The Ripon Disability Forum is a group that helps people with disabilities and their carers/supporters in Ripon and nearby areas. It wants to make life better for people with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities.
The group does this by:
- Providing a place for people to talk about issues that affect them.
- Working with individuals, local organisations, businesses and charities to offer advice and help.
- Making more people aware of disabilities in North Yorkshire.
- Working directly with councils, organisations and businesses to improve access and accessibility information.
- Provide social activities for our members.
